八年制教育模式下皮肤病学医学生的优劣势分析 被引量:1

摘要 八年制医学教育模式是皮肤病学教学体系的新生事物。教育部门及高校对其投入大量精力物力,力求为培养皮肤科新一代有潜力的高层次人才奠定基础。挖掘其优势与不足,对于培养新型皮肤科医生,具有应用价值和指导意义。充分利用综合高校优势或前期理工科学院合作培养模式、同时开展器官-系统整合模块教学、PBL、数字化新媒体教学、双语教学等新型教育模式有利于加强对人体各系统的疾病的综合理解并培养具有国际视野的医工交叉复合型皮肤病学人才。综合分析其招生模式、课程体系结构、培养目标定位、质量控制标准与职业发展,为改进皮肤病学八年制教育模式提供参考。 The eight-year medical education model is a new thing in dermatology teaching system.Education departments and universities has put a lot of energy and material resources into it,and strived to lay the foundation for training a new generation of high-level potential dermatologist.It has application value and guiding significance for training new dermatologists to explore its advantages and disadvantages.Make full use of advantages of the comprehensive universities or early training pattern of cooperation with science and engineering college,the organ-system integration module teaching,PBL,digital new media,bilingual teaching is helpful to strengthen the comprehensive understanding of human diseases of each system and cultivate compound medical professionals with an international vision.In order to provide reference for the improvement of the eight-year education mode of dermatology,a comprehensive analysis was made of its enrollment mode,curriculum structure,orientation of training objectives,quality control standards and career development.
