Objective To analyze the effect of low-dose glucocorticoid inhalation on the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods 72 patients with bronchial asthma were selected as the research object, and the cases were selected from May 2019 to May 2020.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The observation group was treated with low-dose glucocorticoid budesonide inhalation. The control group was treated with conventional therapy and compared the treatment effect, incidence of adverse reactions, lung function indexes, airway resistance and airway conductance between the two groups. Results The treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group. The contrast was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. The FEV_(1),FVC,FEV_(1)\FVC and other pulmonary function indexes of the observation group were(2.89±0.65)L/s,(85.57±6.74)L/s,(87.68±5.07)%,which were better than those of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. The treatment airway resistance and airway conductivity of the observation group were(158.83±19.73)P/V and(86.44±5.92)%,which were better than those of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Low-dose glucocorticoid inhalation is effective in treating bronchial asthma.
