动脉灌注化疗栓塞术介入治疗肝癌的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Arterial Infusion Chemoembolization on Liver Cancer

目的探讨动脉灌注化疗栓塞术介入治疗肝癌患者的远期疗效。方法选取2016年5月—2017年5月湖北省丹江口市第一医院肝癌患者62例,按随机投掷法分为参照组和研究组。参照组采用经导管肝动脉栓塞术治疗,研究组采用动脉灌注化疗栓塞介入术治疗,对比两组疗效。结果两组治疗前AFP、VEGF、HIF-1α血清肿瘤标志物水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组血清肿瘤标志物各指标水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组2年复发率16.13%,低于参照组的41.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组2年生存率83.87%,高于参照组的61.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动脉灌注化疗栓塞术介入治疗肝癌的远期疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the long-term efficacy of arterial infusion chemotherapy and embolization in the treatment of liver cancer patients.Methods Sixty-two patients with liver cancer treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and divided into a reference group and a study group according to the random throw method.The reference group was treated with transcatheter arterial embolization,and the study group was treated with arterial infusion chemotherapy and embolization intervention.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in serum tumor marker levels between AFP,VEGF,and HIF-1αbefore treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of serum tumor markers in the study group were lower than those in the reference group after treatment,and the differences were significant(P<0.05);The 2-year recurrence rate in the study group was 16.13%,which was significantly lower than the reference group at 41.94%(P<0.05);the 2-year survival rate in the study group was 83.87%,which was higher than the reference group at 61.29%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The long-term effect of arterial infusion chemotherapy and embolization in the treatment of liver cancer is significant.
