摘要
感染是膝关节周围骨折术后最为严重并发症之一,但由于膝关节周围骨折术后早期感染临床表现比较隐匿,并且由于缺乏特异性的检查手段,使得早期诊断比较困难。文章主要通过应用红外热成像技术(IRT)联合血清炎症因子早期诊断膝关节周围骨折术后感染,一方面研究使用IRT检测膝关节区温度,同时与传统测量皮温方法进行差异性比较,从而探讨局部皮温及血清炎性指标的变化是否对膝关节周围骨折术后早期感染诊断具有参考或指导意义。
Postoperative infection is one of the most serious complications after operation.However,it is difficult to make early diagnosis due to the occult clinical manifestations and the lack of specific examination methods.This paper mainly through the application of infrared thermal imaging technology(IRT)combined with serum inflammatory factors in the early diagnosis of postoperative infection around the knee joint fracture,on the one hand,the use of IRT to detect the temperature of the knee joint area,at the same time,compared with the traditional method to measure the skin temperature,so as to explore whether the changes of local skin temperature and serum inflammatory indexes have an effect on the early postoperative infection diagnosis of knee joint fractures Reference or guidance.
