云笔记系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Cloud Note System

随着网络技术的迅速发展,人们逐渐的接触信息化的记录方式,传统记录方式已经不再满足人们的需求,使云笔记系统的出现成为了必然。在pc端采用了Thinkphp框架和mysql数据库,移动端采用小程序技术,实现了一款跨平台的云笔记系统。本系统针对用户、管理员两类使用者进行设计。用户需要实现的主要功能有,笔记本的管理、笔记标签的管理、笔记信息的管理包括新建笔记、修改笔记标题或内容、查找笔记、删除笔记、收藏笔记、添加提醒、参与活动等。管理员需要实现的功能有用户的管理功能、活动的发布功能、参加活动的笔记的审核功能等。其中基于PHP实现的邮件发送功能是系统的一个难点,它在验证码的发送、笔记的分享、笔记待提醒等功能中都起了至关重要的作用。文章通过对当前国内外现状进行探讨,从可行性分析、功能需求分析等方面对云笔记的设计与实现进行了深入的分析;随后逐步介绍了系统的设计与实现过程;最后对网站进行测试,并分析问题逐渐完善,实现云笔记系统的设计。

With the rapid development of network technology,people gradually contact the information-based recording mode.The traditional recording mode no longer meets people’s needs,which makes the emergence of cloud note system inevitable.In the PC end,the ThinkPHP framework and MySQL database are used,and in the mobile end,the small program technology is used to realize a cross platform cloud note system.This system is designed for users and administrators.The main functions that users need to realize include notebook management,note label management,note information management,including new notes,modifying note title or content,finding notes,deleting notes,collecting notes,adding reminders,participating in activities,etc.The functions that the administrator needs to realize include the management function of the user,the release function of the activity,the review function of the notes participating in the activity,etc.Among them,the email sending function based on PHP is a difficult part of the system,which plays an important role in the sending of verification code,sharing of notes,notes to be reminded and other functions.This paper discusses the current situation at home and abroad,and analyzes the design and implementation of cloud notes from the aspects of feasibility analysis and functional requirements analysis.Then,it gradually introduces the design and implementation process of the system.Finally,it tests the website,and analyzes the problems to gradually improve,so as to realize the design of cloud notes system.
