摘要
种植区是幼儿园里常见的一块种植地,在种植区里蕴藏着非常丰富的教育资源和契机,但是由于教师们日常工作繁忙以及缺乏种植课程意识和组织能力,幼儿园的种植活动多以教师为主体,幼儿真正深度参与的很少,活动参与缺乏持续性和全面性,种植课程始终没有发挥它本有的教育功能。真正有效的种植区课程应该是幼儿在一个完整的生态环境下,自主、真实、连续地参与植物的播种、灌溉、收获、分享等各个环节,在每一个环节中通过观察、分析、收集资料、讨论交流、解决问题的方式来获取新的有效种植经验和对大自然的认知。教师要树立种植区课程意识,并将其融入到幼儿园的各个活动领域中,开展真正看得见、摸得着、能操作的种植课程,在组织种植活动时,既要有实现的活动计划,同时也要善于捕捉幼儿的兴趣点,抓住偶然事件,支持幼儿深度探究。此外,教师还要善于整合家长资源,解决种植过程中遇到的材料不足、缺乏专业指导的问题,携手家长的力量共同为幼儿搭建探索大自然的平台。
The planting area is very common in kindergartens.There are abundant educational resources and opportunities in the planting area.However,due to the busy daily work of teachers and the lack of awareness of planting curriculum and organizational ability,most of the planting activities in kindergartens are teacher-centered,and children's real deep participation is very few,and the activity participation is lack of continuity and comprehensiveness.Thus,the planting curriculum has never played its original educational function.A truly effective planting area curriculum should allow children to participate independently,truly and continuously in all aspects of planting,irrigation,harvesting and sharing plants in a complete ecological environment.Through observation,analysis,data collection,discussion and communication,and problem solving in each link,they can acquire new and effective planting experience and cognition of nature.Teachers should establish the awareness of planting area curriculum,and integrate it into various activities of the kindergarten to carry out truly visible,touchable and operable planting courses.In the organization of planting activities,we should not only have a plan to achieve the activities,but also be good at capturing children's interest points,grasping accidental events,and supporting children's in-depth exploration.In addition,teachers should be good at integrating parents'resources to solve the problems of insufficient materials and lack of professional guidance in the process of planting,and work together with parents to build a platform for children to explore nature.
