摘要
针对偏心炉底出钢(Eeentrie BottomTapping,EBT)电炉在兑铁过程中偏心区水冷板容易受到铁水的冲刷而发生漏水的问题,提出了相应的改造措施。通过在兑铁口防护罩上增加耐材防护板、在偏心区水冷板与兑铁口防护罩之间加装耐火砖以及改变偏心区水冷板结构,彻底解决了兑铁过程中烧漏偏心区水冷板的问题,延长了偏心区水冷板的使用寿命。
In order to solve the problem that the water-cooling plate in the eccentric zone is easy to be washed by mol⁃ten iron in the course of adding iron to EBT electric furnace,the corresponding improvement measures are put for⁃ward.The problem of burning out-of-center water-cooled plate in the process of mixing iron is thoroughly solved by adding refractory plate to the iron-coated shield,installing refractory brick between the water-cooled plate in the ec⁃centric zone and the iron-coated shield,and changing the structure of the water-cooled plate in the eccentric zone,the service life of the water cooling plate in the eccentric zone is increased.
