Shafting Repair in Alignment of Research Vessel“TAN SUO YI HAO”

本文主要介绍改装船舶“探索一号”科考船的轴系修理校中。在坞检过程中,发现该船尾轴承异常磨损。通过分析,这是由于船体老化变形、加装设备、作业习惯等因素,对原轴系中心线、主机中心线、舵系中心线、船体基线的相互关系产生了影响。提出了修理的思路和实施方案,使问题得到了解决。

This paper mainly introduces the repair and alignment of the refitted research vessel“TAN SUO YI HAO”.During the inspection of the dock,abnormal wear of bearings was found.The influence of factors such as aging and deformation of hull,installation of equipment and working habits on the relationship between original shafting centerline,main engine centerline,rudder centerline and hull baseline is analyzed and introduced.The repair ideas and implementation plan were put forward,and the problem has been solved.
