摘要
通过对邯邢地区非水泥类胶凝材料的研究及对防治水注浆技术发展现状与特点的分析,提出了用超细矿渣粉、石膏、生石灰和外加剂为胶凝材料,以煤矿矸石粉或山西黄土粉为骨料配合而成的混合物料用于煤矿防治水注浆的可行性。详细分析了原材料的化学成分对注浆性能的影响,并通过无机非水泥基防治水注浆材料与水泥防治水注浆材料性能的对比,验证了应用无机非水泥基防治水注浆材料的优越性。
Through the study of non-cement-based cementitious materials in the HanXing area and the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of the development of water control grouting technology,the feasibility of using a mixture of superfine slag powder,gypsum,quicklime and admixtures as cementitious materials and coal mine gangue powder or Shanxi loess powder as aggregates for water control grouting in coal mines was proposed.The influence of chemical composition of raw materials on grouting performance was analyzed in detail,and the superiority of applying inorganic non-cement-based water control grouting materials was verified by comparing the performance of inorganic non-cement-based water control grouting materials with cement water control grouting materials.
