陶瓷粉及“依飞水”对菠菜生长和品质的影响

Effects of Ceramic Powder and"Yifei Water"on Growth and Quality of Spinach

为探究陶瓷粉和“依飞水”对菠菜生长和品质的影响,以‘黑旋风’菠菜品种为试验材料,设置了3个处理和1个对照,统计菠菜的生长指标及产量品质。结果表明,土壤中添加陶瓷粉并浇灌“依飞水”能显著提高菠菜的总长、根长、叶长、叶宽、单株质量、根和叶含水量,较对照分别提高25.24%、52.80%、15.90%、30.28%、1.83%和1.12%。土壤中添加陶瓷粉并浇灌“依飞水”每667 m^(2)能提高菠菜产量27.80%;陶瓷粉和“依飞水”能显著改善菠菜的品质,使其维生素C、可溶性固形物、糖、可溶性蛋白含量提高24.33%、9.12%、78.42%、46.66%,并降低了菠菜中的总酸和硝酸盐含量。因此,陶瓷粉和“依飞水”的使用对菠菜的优质高产具有显著的促进效果,在生产中具有重要的参考意义。

In order to explore the effects of ceramic powder and "Yifei water" on the growth and quality of spinach, using "Heixuanfeng" spinach variety as material, three treatments and one control were set up and the growth indexes, yield and quality of spinach were calculated. The results showed that adding ceramic powder to soil and watering "Yifei water" could significantly improve the total length, root length, leaf length, leaf width, single plant weight,root and leaf water content of spinach,which were higher than those of the control 24.52%,52.80%,15.90%,30.28%,1.83%and 1.12%respectively.Adding ceramic powder to soil and watering"Yifei water"could increase spinach yield by 27.80%.The content of VC,soluble solid,sugar and soluble protein of spinach were significantly increased by 24.33%,9.12%,78.42%and 46.66%,and the content of total acid and nitrate in spinach were decreased.Therefore,the use of ceramic powder and"Yifei water"has significant promotion effect on high quality and high yield of spinach,which has important reference significance on production.
