Analysis on Causes and Control Countermeasures of Heavy Metal Pollution in Vegetables

蔬菜是人们日常生活必不可少的食物,蔬菜的安全问题关系到整个国民的健康,然而随着全球经济化的迅速发展,重金属污染以各种途径通过食物链危害人类健康,并导致大气和水环境的进一步恶化。本文分析了蔬菜中重金属污染产生的原因,如污水排放、工矿污染、生活垃圾污染等,并提出了治理污染工业、改善土壤环境、应用先进技术方法等污染防治措施。

Vegetables are essential food for people’s daily life.The safety of vegetables is related to the monitoring of the whole people.However,with the rapid development of global economy,heavy metal pollution endangers human health through the food chain in various ways,and leads to the further deterioration of the quality of atmospheric and water environment.This paper analyzed the causes of heavy metal pollution in vegetables,such as sewage discharge,industrial and mining pollution,and domestic waste pollution,then put forward pollution control measures such as controlling polluting industry,improving soil environment and applying advanced technologies and methods.
