摘要
以那智工业机器人为研究对象,以三菱Q系列PLC为控制核心,分析了工业机器人上下料系统组成和工艺流程,介绍了倍速链结构、抓手结构和气动系统组成,给出了硬件网络构成,通过触摸屏显示系统的运行状态和故障的详细信息。工厂运行效果显示,该控制系统操作简便、运行稳定,可大幅提高生产效率,具有很好的推广价值。
Taking Nazhi industrial robot as the research object and Mitsubishi Q series PLC as the control core,the composition and technological process of loading and unloading system of industrial robot are analyzed.The structure of double speed chain,gripper and pneumatic system are introduced.The hardware network structure is given,and the running status and fault details of the system are displayed through the touch screen.The factory operation results show that the control system is easy to operate,stable operation,can greatly improve the production efficiency,and has good promotion value.
