摘要
杨伙盘电厂拟回用神木市店塔镇污水处理厂外排水于循环水系统,因此需对污水厂外排水进行软化。为了给实际工程应用提供运行数据,在中试规模条件下考察了投药量及运行上升流速对软化效果的影响。结果表明,通过化学结晶循环造粒流化床和固液分离循环造粒流化床系统处理,出水总硬度和钙硬度浓度分别降至2.6 mg/L和0.4 mg/L,最高去除率分别达到73%和94%,浊度稳定保持在10 NTU以下;系统在最高流速100 m/h工况下处理效果仍良好,但需提高NaOH、混凝剂PAC及助凝剂PAM投药量。综合考虑软化效果及运行成本,试验得出优化NaOH投药量为300 mg/L,控制系统出水pH在10.3左右。
Yanghuopan Power Plant intends to reuse the external drainage of the Dianta Town Sewage Treatment Plant in Shenmu City into the circulating water system.Therefore,it is necessary to soften the drainage outside the sewage plant.In order to provide operating data for practical engineering applications,the effect of dosage and rising flow rate on the softening effect is investigated under the conditions of pilot scale.The results showed that the total hardness and calcium hardness of the effluent were reduced to 2.6 mg/L and 0.4 mg/L respectively,the highest removal rates were 73% and 94% respectively,and the turbidity was kept below 10 NTU.The treatment effect of the system is still good under the condition of maximum flow rate of 100 m/h,but the dosage of NaOH,PAC and PAM should be increased.Considering the softening effect and operation cost,the optimal dosage of NaOH is 300 mg/L,and the pH of effluent is about 10.3.
