平板玻璃全自动纵切机控制系统的研发

摘要 为实现浮法玻璃在线多规格生产,解决传统切割机生产规格单一、自动化程度低的缺点,基于西门子集成自动化开发平台(TIA PORTAL),采用S7-1200 PLC、V90伺服系统和HMI设计开发了平板玻璃全自动纵切机控制系统。该系统采用面向对象开发思路,利用工艺轴的方式,实现了纵切机刀头定位、回参考点等功能。整套系统采用PROFINET工业以太网实现分布式设备间的通信,减少了硬件接线,满足复杂的工艺生产需求,具有开发成本低、运行高效、维护方便等特点。 In order to realize the online multi-specification production of float glass and solve the shortcomings of single production specifications and low automation of traditional cutting machines,based on the Siemens integrated automation development platform(TIA PORTAL),the flat glass automatic slitting machine control system is designed and developed using S7-1200 PLC,V90 servo system and HMI.The system adopts the object-oriented development idea and uses the process axis to realize the functions of the cutter head positioning and reference point return of the slitting machine.The whole system adopts PROFINET industrial Ethernet to realize the communication between distributed devices,reduces the hardware wiring,meets the complex production requirements,and has the characteristics of low development cost,efficient operation,and convenient maintenance.
