摘要 在分析无刷直流电机数学模型基础上,提出了一种无刷直流电机调速新方法,将电机转子位置传感器信号进行频率/电压变换作为速度反馈,实现转速单闭环调速。分析了该方法的控制原理,并在Simulink环境下建立无刷直流电机的闭环控制系统模型,详细说明了各模块,对调速控制策略进行了仿真。仿真和分析结果表明,该控制系统具有良好的控制效果,该技术可广泛应用于航空燃油和环控的泵用电驱动系统。 Based on the analysis of the mathematical model of the brushless DC motor,a novel method of brushless motor speed control is proposed,which uses the frequency/voltage conversion of the motor rotor position sensor signal as the speed feedback to realize the single closed-loop speed control of the speed.The control principle of this method is analyzed,and the closed-loop control system model of brushless DC motor is established in Simulink environment.Each module is described in detail,and the speed control strategy is simulated.Simulation and analysis results show that the control system has a good control effect,and the technology can be widely used in aviation fuel and environmental control pump electric drive systems.
