固定翼激光雷达网格化输电线路巡检方式应用

摘要 随着电网输电线路范围不断扩大,输电线路从高压发展到超高压、特高压等级,传统模式的人工巡检不能满足当前输电线路发展的需求。随着无人机技术的发展,当前输电线路大多采用无人机搭载相关辅助设备的巡检模式,鉴于已开发部分无人机存在续航时间短、需要多次飞行才能完成一次输电线路巡检任务的问题,采用成都纵横CW-30固定翼无人机搭载激光雷达系统,以某地区220 kV输电线路使用网格化巡视巡检为例,对所采集的数据进行处理,生成高精度的线路点云数据,结果表明,采用固定翼无人机搭载激光雷达系统网格化巡检输电线路具有续航时间长、精度高、效率高的特点。 With the continuous expansion of power transmission lines,transmission lines from high voltage to ultra-high voltage,extremehigh voltage grade,the traditional mode of manual inspection cannot meet the needs of the current transmission line development.With the development of UAV technology,most of the current transmission lines adopt the inspection mode of UAV equipped with related auxiliary equipment.In view of the fact that some UAVs that have been developed have short battery life and require multiple flights to complete a transmission line inspection task,Chengdu Zongheng CW-30 fixed wing UAV is used to carry LiDAR system.Taking a 220 kV transmission line as an example,the collected data are processed to produce high-precision line point cloud data.The results show that the grid-based inspection of transmission lines using a fixed-wing UAV equipped with a lidar system has the characteristics of long battery life,high accuracy and high efficiency.
