基于站控层GOOSE站域控制原理的跨电压联切研究与实践

摘要 针对智能变电站存在中压电源线路并网,为防止电源线路非同期并网,需在高压线路故障跳闸时联切中压电源线路的情况,研究利用智能变电站站控层GOOSE站域控制原理设计智能变电站高压线路故障联切不同电压线路方案,并在变电站实际使用,实际运行效果良好。 Aiming at the problem that the medium voltage power supply line is connected to the grid in intelligent substation,in order to prevent the non synchronous connection of the power supply line,it is necessary to switch the medium voltage power supply line when the high voltage line trips.Based on goose control principle of intelligent substation control layer,the scheme of high voltage line fault switching with different voltage lines in intelligent substation is designed.It has been used in the substation,and the actual operation effect is good.
