摘要
基于对S市204名特殊教育教师生涯适应力的现状调查,分析了特殊教育教师生涯适应力与组织支持感的关系。调查表明:特殊教育教师在生涯适应力与组织支持感上的得分均较高,两者之间存在显著的正相关,特殊教育教师的组织支持感对生涯适应力具有显著的预测作用。因此,需加强对特殊教育教师的组织支持,建立组织支持与生涯适应之间的良性循环机制,提高特殊教育教师的生涯适应力。
The current situation of career adaptability of 204 teachers in special education schools in S city was investigated,and the relationship between career adaptability and the perceived organizational support was analyzed.The survey shows that special education teachers score higher in career adaptability and perceived organizational support,and there is a significant positive correlation between the two variables.The perceived organizational support of special education teachers has a significant predictive effect on career adaptability.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the organizational support for special education teachers,establish a virtuous circle mechanism between organizational support and career adaptation,and improve the career adaptability of special education teachers.
