摘要
文章主要研究退役动力电池模块的状态评估及分选,从而实现高兼容性的系统重组,采用多分支共直流母线技术,将系统分割成多个独立小单元,规避了梯次电池一致性差对其他单元的影响,实现了不同厂家、不同批次、不同型号电池柔性接入技术,提高了退役动力电池模块重组的可用率,填补了动力电池梯次利用产业核心装备空白,推动动力电池梯次利用实现规模化应用发展。
This paper mainly studies the status evaluation and selection of retired power battery module to achieve high compatibility system restructuring,using multi-branch coDC bus technology,divides the system into several independent small units,avoids the impact of cascade battery consistency difference on other units,realizes different manufacturers,different batches,improves the availability of retired power battery module restructuring,fill the blank of power battery echelon utilization industrial core equipment,and promotes the development of power battery cascade application.
