摘要
相比于矿物绝缘油,植物绝缘油具有储量大、来源广、燃点高、生物降解率高等优点,是未来变压器的理想绝缘油。本文通过仿真发现激励电压幅值的大小会影响空间电荷的积聚过程,电压值越大越容易形成流注放电;球电极曲率半径则影响放电区域的电场分布,对流注的起始阶段有较大的影响,球电极曲率半径越大,流注越容易产生。
Compared with mineral insulating oil,vegetable insulating oil has the advantages of large reserves,wide sources,high ignition point,high biodegradability,etc.,and is an ideal insulating oil for transformers in the future.Through simulation,it is found that the amplitude of excitation voltage will affect the accumulation process of space charge.The larger the voltage value,the easier it is to form streamer discharge;the radius of curvature of the ball electrode affects the electric field distribution in the discharge area,which has a greater impact on the initial stage of streamer.Influence,the larger the radius of curvature of the ball electrode,the easier it is to produce flow.
