摘要
组网采样模式下的智能变电站依赖于外部时钟对时,时钟系统故障将导致二次设备失步进而引起保护拒动或误动,影响范围大,程度严重。在此背景下,文章提出了智能变电站组网采样模式下时钟改造的通用方法。通过对时钟失步及对时光纤布局的影响分析,识别出时钟改造过程中的风险并提出管控措施,进而提出时钟改造的改造策略、施工步骤,对早期智能变电站时钟改造工程有一定的参考价值。
The intelligent substation in the network sampling mode relies on the external clock pair.The clock system failure will cause the secondary equipment failure and then cause the protection rejection or error,with a large influence range and serious degree.In this context,this paper proposes a general method for clock transformation in the intelligent substation network sampling mode.Through the analysis of the clock failure and the impact on the time optical fiber layout,the risks in the clock transformation process are identified and the control measures are put forward,which has some reference value to the early intelligent substation clock transformation project.
