防止直流炉水冷壁与大风箱焊缝开裂的新方法

摘要 锅炉水冷壁与二次风箱密封盒连接处焊缝多次发现裂纹,已造成2次水冷壁管泄漏事故,通过常规处理办法,已经很难达到设想效果。通过使用在大风箱密封盒与水冷壁之间在4个角的位置处加设炉管保护罩形状的垫块这种方法,使用结果表明,该方法可有效防止水冷壁与二次风箱密封盒联接处产生裂纹。 Cracks have been found in the welding seam of the connection between the boiler water wall and the secondary air box sealing box for many times,which has caused two water wall tube leakage accidents.Through conventional treatment methods,it has been difficult to achieve the expected effect.By using the method of adding gaskets in the shape of the furnace tube protection cover at the four corners between the large wind box sealing box and the water wall,the results show that this method can effectively prevent the water wall and the secondary wind box from sealing the box.Cracks in the joints.
