摘要
为了保证了人民生活及生产的正常进行,减少停电时间,带电作业不可或缺,带电作业人员必须穿戴以橡胶或树脂为主要材料的绝缘防护用具。绝缘防护用具保证了作业人员的安全,但是都较厚且不透气,在炎热天气下,穿戴绝缘防护服的作业人员会大量出汗,容易导致疲劳甚至中暑的现象,影响作业人员的正常工作。为了确保配网带电作业人员在高温条件下的安全工作,需要采用降温措施,结合带电作业人员的工作特点,研发了基于压缩机制冷的便携式带电作业水循环降温制冷衣,作为配网带电作业人员高温环境下降温装备。
In order to ensure the normal progress of people’s life and production,reduce the time of power outages,live work is indispensable,and live workers must wear insulating protective equipment with rubber or resin as the main material.Insulating protective gears ensure the safety of the workers,but they are thick and airtight,so that in hot weather,workers wearing insulated protective clothing will sweat a lot,which can easily lead to fatigue and even heatstroke,which affects the normal work of the workers.In order to ensure the safe work of distribution network live workers under high temperature conditions,cooling measures are required.Combined with the work characteristics of live workers,we have developed a portable live working water cycle cooling clothing based on compressor refrigeration as a distribution network live worker Cooling equipment for high temperature environment.
