精细化护理在系统性硬化症患者护理中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Fine Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Systemic Sclerosis

目的:探讨对系统性硬化症患者采取精细化护理的效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年12月在广西中医药大学第一附属医院风湿病科诊治的系统性硬化症患者46例,随机分组,分为对照组23例,给予常规护理;观察组23例,给予精细化护理。比较两组患者的护理质量、护理满意度及采用健康点查表(SF-36)评估并比较两组生活质量。结果:与对照组比较,观察组的住院环境、护理操作、服务态度及健康教育评分较高(P<0.01);观察组护理满意度为91.3%,高于对照组的69.6%(P<0.05)。经护理后,观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精细化护理对系统性硬化症患者的效果显著,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of taking fine nursing for patients with systemic sclerosis.Methods:A total of 46 patients with systemic sclerosis diagnosed and treated in the department of rheumatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected,and randomly divided into control group,23 cases,who were given routine care;observation group,23 cases,who were given fine nursing.The nursing quality,nursing satisfaction and health point lookup table(SF-36)were used to evaluate and compare the quality of life between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the scores of hospitalization environment,nursing operation,service attitude and health education in the observation group were higher(P<0.01);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 91.3%,which was higher than 69.6% of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of fine nursing on patients with systemic sclerosis is significant,which is worthy of promotion.
