针法治疗背肌筋膜炎的研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture Therapy in the Treatment of Dorsal Myofascitis

背肌筋膜炎是发生于背部肌肉、肌腱等软组织的无菌性炎症,临床上常表现为背部弥漫性钝痛、活动受限,近年来背肌筋膜炎发病率呈上升趋势,严重影响患者生活质量。据近几年临床研究报道,各类针法在背肌筋膜炎的治疗中应用广泛,例如小针刀、浮针、电针等均有显著疗效。文章将对近年来各类针法治疗背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效进行综述,并对现研究中的不足进行分析。

Dorsal myofascitis is an aseptic inflammation occurring in soft tissues such as back muscles and tendons.In clinic,it often appears as diffuse pain and restricted activity.In recent years,the incience rate of dorsal fasciitis is increasing,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.According to clinical research reports in recent years,all kinds of acupuncture methods are widely used in the treatment of dorsal myofascitis,such as small needle knife,floating needle,electroacupuncture,and so on,which have significant effects.This article will review the clinical efficacy of various acupuncture methods in the treatment of dorsal myofascitis in recent years,and analyze the deficiencies in the current research.
