在物流业快速发展召唤高素质人才的背景下,物流本科学生要树立坚定的政治立场,勇于面对困难,培养积极进取的精神。因此要创新高校传统教育重知识传输、轻素质塑造的模式,首先要从立德树人的角度切入,文章通过PDCA管理4个阶段和8个步骤的设计运行,帮助物流本科专业学生树立社会主义价值观,培养优秀的品德,才能有效解决学生在发展中遇到的学习成长困难,为物流管理本科专业学生顺利走上工作岗位奠定基础。

Under the background that the rapid development of logistics industry calls for high-quality talents,logistics undergraduate students should establish a firm political position,be brave in facing difficulties and cultivate the spirit of positive and enterprising.Therefore,we should innovate the mode of traditional education in colleges and universities that emphasize knowledge transmission and quality building.Firstly,we should start from the point of view of establishing morality and cultivating people.Through the design and operation of 4 stages and 8 steps of PDCA management,we can help the undergraduate logistics students to establish socialist values and cultivate excellent morality,so as to effectively solve the difficulties of learning and growth in the development of students,lay a foundation for undergraduate students majoring in logistics management to go to work smoothly.
