旅游公共信息服务有效性评价研究--以桂林市为例

Study on the Effectiveness Evaluation of Tourism Public Information Service--Taking Guilin City as an Example

随着旅游公共服务体系建设逐渐加强,在旅游公共信息服务越来越受重视的背景下,为评价城市旅游公共信息服务供给的有效性,提升游客满意度,文章利用德尔菲法与层次分析法相结合的方法,通过构建旅游公共信息服务有效性评价指标体系,以桂林为实证案例进行评价,分析了桂林旅游公共信息服务有效性存在的问题及原因,并提出对策建议。

With the gradual strengthening of the construction of tourism public service system, under the background of more and more attention paid to tourism public information service, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of urban tourism public information service supply and improve tourists’ satisfaction, this paper uses the method of combining Delphi and analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation index system of tourism public information service effectiveness. Taking Guilin as an empirical case to evaluate, this paper analyzes the problems and reasons of the effectiveness of tourism public information service in Guilin, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
