穴位埋线联合清脂减肥方治疗单纯性肥胖患者的应用效果

Application effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with qingzhi slimming recipe in the treatment of simple obesity patients

目的探讨穴位埋线联合清脂减肥方对单纯性肥胖患者血脂水平的影响与安全性。方法选取2019年6月至2020年10月于昆山市中医医院就诊的单纯性肥胖患者66例,根据随机数字表法将其分为常规组与试验组,各33例。常规组患者予以清脂减肥方治疗,试验组患者在常规组的基础上联合穴位埋线法治疗,两组患者均治疗45 d。比较两组患者治疗前后身体指标、血脂水平、脂肪-胰岛内分泌轴水平变化及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后两组患者体质量指数(BMI)、臀围、腰围、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及空腹瘦素(FLP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平均显著低于治疗前,且试验组显著低于常规组;治疗后两组患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)水平均显著高于治疗前,且试验组显著高于常规组(均P<0.05);两组患者胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-β)与不良反应总发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合清脂减肥方治疗单纯性肥胖患者,可有效调节患者机体脂肪-胰岛分泌轴的平衡,改善血脂代谢,增强减肥效果,且不会增加不良反应的发生,安全性良好。

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with qingzhi slimming recipe on blood lipids level and safety of simple obese patients.Methods A total of 66 patients with simple obesity who were admitted to Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Kunshan from June 2019 to October 2020 were selected,and they were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group were treated with qingzhi slimming recipe,and patients in the experimental group were treated with acupoint catgut embedding on the basis of the conventional group.Patients in both groups were treated for 45 days.The body indexes,blood lipids level,fat-islet endocrine axis changes before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,body mass index(BMI),hip circumference,waist circumference,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and Fasting leptin(FLP),fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)levels of patients in the two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the conventional group;the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and insulin sensitivity index(ISI)of the patients in the two groups increased significantly compared with before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the conventional group(all P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the insulin secretion index(HOMA-β)and the total incidence of adverse reactions of patients in the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding combined with qingzhi slimming recipe can effectively regulate the balance of body fat-pancreatic islet secretion axis in patients with simple obesity,improve blood lipid metabolism,enhance weight-losing result,and can't increase the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the safety is good.
