摘要
随着增量市场的压力逐渐加大,校园迎新市场作为新增市场的主要来源,竞争日趋激烈。但是,当前业务受理量大、业务受理集中、业务受理效率低、渠道单一等问题,不利于运营商在校园迎新市场竞争中占据有利位置。文章研究了提升系统的可靠性、缩短业务受理时长、拓宽业务受理渠道的策略,以期提高客户的满意度。
With the increasing pressure of the incremental market,the campus orientation market,as the main source of the new market,becomes increasingly competitive.However,the current problems of large amount of business acceptance,concentration of business acceptance,low efficiency of business acceptance and single channel are not conducive to telecom operator to occupy a favorable position in the competition of campus orientation market.Through the research of this project,the reliability of the system is improved,the business acceptance time is shortened,the business acceptance channels are broadened,and the customer satisfaction is improved.
