民航空中交通管制差错成因与风险管理

Causes and risk management of air traffic control errors in civil aviation

人民群众生活水平不断提升,对民航出行方面提出更高的要求,我国民航业迈进了新的发展时期。在人口流动量相继增大的情况下,航班架次率提升导致空域更加的拥挤,由此扩大空中交通管制作业的难度,容易出现管制差错问题。文章分析了民航空中交通管制差错成因,提出科学的风险管理策略,以期带给实践工作有价值的借鉴。

China’s civil aviation industry has entered a new period of development.People’s living standards are constantly improving,so for civil aviation travel to put forward higher standards.In the case of increasing population flow,the flight rate is also increasing,so it will lead to more congestion in the airspace,thus expanding the difficulty of air traffic control operations and prone to control errors.On the basis of analyzing the causes of civil aviation air traffic control errors,this paper puts forward scientific risk management strategies and brings valuable reference to practical work.
