摘要
当电子设备应用到户外的时候,不仅对环境的适应能力有着较高的要求,而且对工作温度、防雨、功耗等方面也有着较高的要求。对于户外电子设备体积小、功耗大、外壳材料的导热性能差等一系列问题,采用热设计及仿真试验分析,可以在产品设计时得到温度分布,提升电子设备的可靠性及使用期限。文章主要分析电子设备热设计的内容及方法,阐述整体设计方案及热仿真模型的建立,并讨论了热仿真分析及结果,从而加强户外电子设备产品的应用性能。
When the electronic equipment is applied to the outdoor,it not only has higher requirements on the adaptability to the environment,but also has higher requirements on the working temperature,rain proof requirements,power consumption and other aspects.For a series of problems such as small volume,high power consumption and poor thermal conductivity of the shell material of outdoor electronic equipment,the thermal design and simulation test analysis can be used to obtain the temperature distribution in the product design,and improve the reliability and service life of electronic equipment.This paper mainly analyzes the contents and methods of thermal design of electronic equipment,then explains the overall design scheme and the establishment of thermal simulation model,and finally discusses the thermal simulation analysis and results,so as to strengthen the application performance of outdoor electronic equipment products.
