基于技能竞赛的职校电子专业教学改革分析

Analysis on teaching reform of electronic major in vocational schools based on skill competition

目前我国"职业教育要培养应用型高素质的技能型人才"已成为趋势,进而把技能竞赛作为媒介去检验职业学校的教学水平和质量,也是提高中学生综合素质的重要模式。文章以技能竞赛作为研究背景,结合电工、电子等比赛项目,从课程安排、师资团队、实训基地建设、人才培养模式等方面展开探索和讨论,总结出一种竞赛和教学协调统一并且高效的教学改革方案,从而加快学生职业技能水平的提升。

At present,our country vigorously calls on“vocational education to train applied high-quality skilled talents”has become a trend,and then regards skill competition as a medium to test the teaching level and quality of secondary vocational schools.It is also an important model to improve the comprehensive quality of middle school students.This paper takes the skill competition as the research background,combines the electrician,the electronics and so on competition item from the curriculum arrangement,the teacher team,the training base construction,the talented person training pattern and so on aspect launches the exploration and the discussion,the goal summarizes a kind of competition and the teaching coordinated unified and efficient teaching reform plan,thus speeds up the student vocational skill level enhancement.
