Strategy to improve teachers’ teaching ability in AI-TPACK theory

摘要 随着人工智能应用于教育,AI-TPACK理论框架的提出,让教师的教学能力发展有了新的理论基础。AI-TPACK理论和原TPACK理论不同,对教师个体发展有AI技术应用于教学的使用、教学知识的创新、学科知识表征3方面的新要求。就对教师教育教学的新要求,文章从学校管理层面、教师自我提升、学生学习反馈3个方面,论述AI融合TPACK背景下,教师教学能力的提升策略。 Artificial intelligence is applied to education,the theoretical framework of AI-TPACK is proposed,and the development of teachers’teaching ability has a new theoretical basis.The AI-TPACK theory is different from the original TPACK theory.There are three new requirements for the individual development of teachers:the use of AI technology in teaching,the innovation of teaching knowledge,and the characterization of subject knowledge.Aiming at the new requirements for teacher education and teaching,this article discusses the strategies for improving teachers’teaching ability under the background of AI and TPACK from three aspects:school management,teacher self-improvement,and student learning feedback.
