摘要
目前,自身免疫性疾病、神经性疾病的发病率急剧上升,研究发现感染蠕虫对疾病具有治疗作用.其中,缩小膜壳绦虫可寄生于宿主的小肠中,通过激活先天免疫调节途径的白细胞(巨噬细胞等)和调节性T细胞,作用于抗原提呈细胞(APCs)促进Th2细胞免疫反应,并促使分泌一些细胞因子(IL-4,IL-10和TGF-β等)和效应分子(抗体和补体),同时可能改变肠道微生物的菌群,进而阻碍异常适应性免疫疾病.这可能是一种在不损害自身免疫功能的情况下降低炎症的最佳方法,使得缩小膜壳绦虫成为理想的研究对象.为进一步了解缩小膜壳绦虫的临床治疗潜力提供理论依据.
At present,the incidence of autoimmune diseases and neurological diseases is rising sharply,and studies have found that infection with worms has a therapeutic effect on diseases.Among them,Hymenolepis diminuta can be parasitic in the host′s small intestine,by activating leukocytes(macrophages,etc.)and regulatory T cells in the innate immune regulation pathway,acting on antigen presenting cells(APCs)to promote Th2 cell immune response,and Promote the secretion of some cytokines(IL-4,IL-10 and TGF-β,etc.)and effector molecules(antibodies and complement),and at the same time may change the flora of intestinal microbes,thereby hindering abnormal adaptive immune diseases.This may be the best way to reduce inflammation without damaging the autoimmune function,making Hymenolepis diminuta constriction an ideal research object.This article provides a theoretical basis for further understanding of the clinical treatment potential of Hymenolepis diminuta.
