摘要
采用离子型表面活性剂α烯基磺酸钠(AOS)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)和十二烷基硫酸钠(K12)对动物蛋白发泡剂母液进行改性,制备改性发泡剂溶液,并对改性发泡剂的发泡性能进行测试。结果表明:采用浓度为0.9 g/L的AOS、1.0 g/L的LAS和0.9 g/L的K12复合(三掺)改性的发泡剂,起泡倍数高达90倍,泡沫1 h沉降量不超过4 mL,泌水量不超过5 g,泡沫的外壁孔径可控,稳定性良好。
Foaming agent solution was prepared by modifying animal protein foaming agent mother liquor with ionic surfactant Alpha Olefin Sulphonate(AOS),sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(LAS)and sodium dodecyl sulfate(K12).Foaming performance of modified foaming agent was tested.The test results show that the foaming times of the foaming agent are as high as 90 times,the foam 1 h sedimentation is not more than 4 mL and the bleeding amount is not more than 5 g under the mix of 0.9 g/L AOS,1.0 g/L LAS and 0.9 g/L K12.The pore size of the outer wall of the foam is controllable and the stability is good.
