摘要
为探究新型防裂抗渗剂对混凝土早期开裂及抗渗性的影响,通过孔隙率试验、抗水渗透试验和平板试验,研究混凝土的孔隙率、抗渗性及早期抗裂性的变化规律。结果表明:HPT-X防裂抗渗剂对提高混凝土的抗渗性,降低孔隙率有较明显的改善作用,随着HPT-X掺量的增加,混凝土的早期抗裂性不断提高,HPT-X的最优掺量为1.0 kg/m^(3)。
In order to investigate the influence of new anti-cracking and anti-permeability agent HPT-X on the early cracking and impermeability of concrete,porosity test,water penetration test and plate test were applied to study the changes of porosity,impermeability and early crack resistance of concrete.The results show that the incorporation of HPT-X has a significant enhancement effect on improving the impermeability of concrete and reducing the porosity.With the increase of the dosage,the early crack resistance of concrete is continuously enhanced,the optimal dosage of HPT-X is 1.0 kg/m^(3).
