低扁平半钢子午线轮胎胎肩气泡的研究

摘要 本文分析了低扁平半钢子午线轮胎制造过程中胎肩气泡的特征、危害及成因,并给出改善措施。通过优化胎面部件形状、减少带束层宽度、增大冠带与带束层的差级,加强对各工序生产工艺的参数设定、确认,严格控制半制品的合格检测,在保证轮胎的高速和耐久性能的同时,有效改善了轮胎的胎肩气泡缺陷,降低了企业的制造成本。 This article analyzes the characteristics,hazards and causes of shoulder bubbles in the manufacturing process of low-flat semi-steel radial tires,and gives improvement measures.Firstly,by optimizing the shape of the tread components,reducing the width of the belt layer,increasing the difference between the band and the belt layer,secondly strengthening the parameter setting of the production process of each process,and finally strictly controlling the qualification inspection of the semi-products.Through the above measures,while ensuring the high speed and durability of the tire,it effectively improves the tire shoulder bubble defect and reduces the manufacturing cost of the enterprise.
