考虑响应不确定性的高比例可再生能源微电网优化策略 被引量:12

摘要 为了响应“碳达峰,碳中和”目标,实施需求响应可高效平抑高比例可再生能源微电网的波动性,有助于电力行业实现深度减排。在微电网独立运行模式下,可通过能源大数据中心获取可再生能源出力、负荷需求及用户响应等数据,制定实时激励优化策略,从而降低弃风-光率和优化微电网运行。首先,建立不同激励下用户的收益情况与自身满意度之间的映射关系,通过Sigmoid函数改进云模型来衡量用户满意度与响应行为之间的不确定关系。其次,提出考虑响应不确定性的独立微电网实时激励优化策略,利用混沌烟花算法求解微电网下发的各时段激励,合理安排微电网各单元的出力情况。仿真结果表明,当用户负荷曲线进行消纳和削减的调整后,新能源的消纳率得到有效提升,微电网的运行成本也大幅降低。 In response to the goal of"carbon peak,carbon neutral",the implementation of demand response can smooth the volatility of high proportion of renewable energy microgrid effectively,and help the power industry achieve deep emission reduction.Under the microgrid independent operation mode,the energy big data center can obtain renewable energy output data,load demand and user response data,so we can formulate real-time incentive optimization strategies to reduce the wind curtailment-light rate and optimize the microgrid economic operation.Therefore,firstly,the mapping relationship between the user’s income and their own satisfaction under different incentives is established,and the uncertainty relationship between users'satisfaction and response behavior is measured by improving the cloud model with Sigmoid function.Secondly,the real-time incentive optimization strategy of independent microgrid considering the response uncertainty is proposed.We use the chaotic fireworks algorithm to solve the incentives issued by the microgrid at each time period,and reasonably arrange the output of each unit of the microgrid.The simulation results show that when the user load curve is adjusted for consumption and reduction,the consumption rate of new energy is effectively improved,and the operating cost of the microgrid is also greatly reduced.
