摘要
目的:基于医联系统建设中药代煎代配处方传输平台,考察其对中药房工作效率及药师满意度的影响。方法:海军军医大学长海医院从2020年6月开始利用医联系统传输中药代煎代配处方,实施中药代煎代配平台运行新模式,对运行该平台前后的工作效率、安全性和药师满意度进行对比分析。结果:与中药代煎代配处方传输平台运行前相比,运行该平台后单张处方信息提取耗时明显缩短,差异有统计学意义[(0.066±0.001)s vs(6.535±0.053)s,P<0.01]。平台运行前后的传输准确率分别为99.97%和100%,并且药师满意率显著提高。平台运行前,处方传输需依赖公司互联网,安全性及稳定性低。平台运行后,采用的医联系统为政府专用医疗平台,具有安全性好、有保障、稳定性高的优势。结论:基于医联系统构建的中药代煎代配处方传输平台可以提高处方传输准确率及工作效率,提升药师满意度,保证患者用药安全。
Objective:To construct a commissioned traditional Chinese medicine decoction prescription transmission platform based on the medical alliance system,and also to evaluate its effect on work efficiency and satisfaction rate of pharmacists.Methods:Changhai Hospital of Naval Medical University began to use the commissioned traditional Chinese medicine decoction prescription transmission platform on the basis of the medical alliance system from June 2020.Comparison and analysis were made concerning work efficiency,safety and satisfaction rate of the pharmacists before and after the construction of the platform.Results:As compared with that before operation of the commissioned traditional Chinese medicine decoction prescription transmission platform,the time consumption for the transmission of a single prescription significantly decreased after construction of the platform[(0.066±0.001)s vs(6.535±0.053)s,P<0.01].The transmission accuracy rates before and after construction of the platform were respectively 99.97%and 100%,and the satisfaction rate of the pharmacists also significantly increased.Before construction of the platform,prescription transmission solely depended on the Internet of the company,with low safety and stability.Following construction of the platform,the medical alliance system was a government-owned medical platform,with good safety and fine service,as well as high stability.Conclusion:The commissioned traditional Chinese medicine decoction prescription transmission platform based on the medical alliance system could increase transmission accuracy,work efficiency and satisfaction rate of the pharmacists,thus ensuring medication safety.
