摘要
为明确新型鸭呼肠孤病毒卵黄抗体对新型鸭呼肠孤病毒的治疗效果,采用新型鸭呼肠孤病毒强毒RPVA1301-Z株感染4日龄健康易感雏鸭,在攻毒后24 h、48 h、60h和72 h分别皮下注射0.5 mL的新型鸭呼肠孤病毒卵黄抗体进行治疗效果研究。结果表明:感染24 h的雏鸭,新型鸭呼肠孤病毒卵黄抗体对其治愈率为95%;感染后48h雏鸭,治愈率80%;感染后60 h雏鸭,治愈率50%;感染后72 h雏鸭,治愈率35%。在雏鸭感染新型鸭呼肠孤病毒后24-48 h内注射对应的卵黄抗体能起到较好的治疗效果。
In order to determine the therapeutic effect of egg yolk antibody against the novel duck reovirus(NDRV)at different times,4-day-old healthy susceptible ducklings were challenged with new duck reovirus virulent RPVA1301-Z strain,and 0.5 ml of new duck reovirus yolk antibody was injected the subcutaneously after 24 h,48 h,60 h and 72 h infection.The results showed that the cure rate of egg yolk antibody against ducklings infected after 24 h was 95%;the cure rate of ducklings infected after 48 h was 80%;the cure rate of ducklings infected after 60 h was 50%;the cure rate of ducklings infected after 72 h was 35%.Injection of the corresponding yolk antibody within 24-48 h had a better therapeutic effect on ducklings after infection with the new duck reovirus.
