作为优质面粉的主要原料之一,优质强筋小麦具有筋力强、品质精良等特点,受到消费者青睐。而优质强筋小麦质量取决于其生产技术,需以规范化、标准化的生产种植流程保证小麦健康生长。文章以鲁西地区为例,阐明优质强筋小麦标准化生产技术的具体应用。

As one of the main raw materials for processing high-quality flour,high-quality strong gluten wheat is favored by consumers because of its strong gluten and excellent quality.The quality of high quality and strong gluten wheat depends on its production technology,and the standardized production and planting process is needed to ensure the healthy growth of wheat.Taking Western Shandong area as an example,this paper expounds the specific application of standardized production technology of high quality strong gluten wheat.
