水泥土配合比及有关试验的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 水泥土最先用作路面基层材料,但随着技术的发展将水、水泥、以及加工搅碎的土料(地基原土)按一定的比例混合通过振捣及自重作用密实后,通过水泥硬化重塑土体,改变土体密度、土体颗粒大小、级配、空隙大小及分布达到抗渗的目的。现如今,水泥土被广泛应用到防渗墙、防水帷幕等施工中,是经济效益、社会效益和环境效益比较明显的一种建筑材料。文章通过结合现场实际情况,制作水泥土配合比,研究不同水泥的掺量和黏性土的掺量,成型水泥土抗压试件和水泥土抗渗试件,测定水泥土不同龄期时的抗压强度和渗透系数,初步研究在不同水泥掺量和不同黏土掺量的情况下水泥土抗压强度的变化和渗透系数的变化规律。 Cement-soil was firstly used as pavement base material,but with the development of technology will water cement as well as the processing of ground soil aggregate(the original soil foundation)mixed in certain proportion by vibrating and close-grained,gravity by cement hardening restoring soil,soil change the density of soil particle size and size grading gap distribution to achieve the purpose of permeability.Nowadays,cement soil is widely used in the construction of impervious wall and waterproof curtain,and it is a kind of building material with obvious economic,social and environmental benefits.In this paper,by combining the actual situation of production of cement-soil mixture ratio,research of different cement content and clay content,forming the cement-soil compressive specimens and water permeability soil specimen,determine the compressive strength of cement-soil different age and permeability coefficient,preliminary studies in different dosage of cement and clay content of the change of soil compressive strength and permeability coefficient variation law.
