摘要
以大豆油为原料,通过环氧化双键及三元开环反应合成了含氟大豆油基多元醇(SFP)。利用红外光谱和核磁氢谱等手段对该多元醇的结构进行表征,将合成的SFP和聚四氢呋喃二醇按不同比例混合并与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯反应制得聚氨酯薄膜。结果表明,随着SFP用量的增加,聚氨酯膜对水静态接触角由74.8°提高到105.8°,以SFP制得的聚氨酯薄膜具有优越的疏水性能。
Fluorine-containing soybean-oil based polyol(SFP)was synthesized from soybean oil by epoxidation and ring-opening reactions.The structure of the polyol was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR,etc.Then,the polyurethane films were prepared by mixing SFP and poly-(tetra methylene glycol)in different proportions and reacting with isophorone diisocyanate.The results showed that the static contact angle of polyurethane films to water increased from 74.8°to 105.8°with the increase the SFP content,and the PU films prepared from SFP had excellent hydrophobic property.
