摘要
用丁基缩水甘油醚接枝改性聚乙烯亚胺(C_(4)-PEI),将其与聚醚多元醇及甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)混合均匀后吸收CO_(2),原位生成CO_(2)加合物颗粒作为发泡剂,用于制备聚氨酯泡沫。研究结果表明:在聚醚多元醇与小分子稀释剂中原位制备改性聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)的CO_(2)加合物,随着接枝率从0增加到11%,发泡剂颗粒粒径从约700 nm减小到约300 nm;体系黏度大幅降低,接枝率为11%时体系黏度趋于平稳,但仍高于吸收CO_(2)之前的黏度。对于不同接枝率(0~15%)样品,采用原位法制备的聚醚-DMMP-PEI-CO_(2)均能成功制备聚氨酯泡沫。
Butyl glycidyl ether-grafted polyethylenimine(C_(4)-PEI)was added into a mixture of polyoxypropylene polyols and dimethyl methylphosphonate(DMMP)to absorb CO_(2),in situ forming the CO_(2)adduct particles as polyurethane(PU)blowing agents.The result showed that in situ formed particles decreased in particle size from about 700 nm to 300 nm,with the grafting rate increasing up from 0 to 11%.The viscosity decreased as well,finally leveling out at around 11%,which was still higher than that of the control sample without absorption of CO_(2).Polyether-DMMP-PEI-CO_(2)prepared by in-situ method could successful prepare polyurethane foam for samples with different grafting ratio(0~15%).
