聚氨酯硬泡中阻燃剂用量对热水器能耗值的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用高压发泡机制备了一系列以磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯(TCPP)为阻燃剂的聚氨酯硬泡,讨论了TCPP用量对聚氨酯硬泡阻燃性能、压缩强度、导热系数及热水器能耗的影响。结果表明:加入TCPP的聚氨酯硬泡强度和高温下尺寸稳定性较未加入TCPP的泡沫差;随着TCPP用量的增加,硬泡导热系数上升,热水器能耗变大。当TCPP达到30份(以聚醚多元醇100份计)时,聚氨酯硬泡阻燃性能可以达到UL94中HF-1级别;当老化时间延长,加入TCPP所制备硬泡的热水器能耗衰减也随之变大。 Rigid polyurethane foams with different content of flame retardant tris(2-chloropropyl)phosphate(TCPP)were prepared by using high pressure foaming machine.The effects of TCPP dosage on the properties of PU foam including flame retardancy,compressive strength,thermal conductivity were discussed.The effect of TCPP dosage on the energy dissipation coefficient of water heater model was investigated.The results showed that the strength and the dimensional stability of polyurethane foam with TCPP were worse than that without TCPP.With the increase of the amount of TCPP,the thermal conductivity of the foam increased and the energy consumption of the water heater increased.Only when the TCPP reached 30 pbw or above(based on 100 parts of polyether polyol),the flame retardant level of the foam could reach UL94 HF-1 grade.With the extension of foam aging time,the energy consumption attenuation of the water heater containing TCPP foam also increased.
