41份木槿种质资源的AFLP遗传多样性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究木槿种质资源的遗传多样性及遗传关系,采用AFLP分子标记技术,对41份木槿种质资源进行遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析。结果表明:9对AFLP引物对41份供试种质进行选择性扩增后,共产生谱带733条,其中多态性条带699条,多态性位比率平均为95%;Nei基因多样性指数为1.1801~1.2515,平均值1.2076;Shannon信息指数为0.1863~0.2445,平均值0.2035。通过聚类分析,41份木槿种质的Dice相似性系数为0.702~0.932,并在0.87处将供试材料分为5大类。研究认为,来源相同的木槿种质并未严格聚在一起,表明供试木槿种质表现出较大的遗传差异和丰富的遗传多样性,亲缘关系与材料来源没有绝对的相关性。 In order to study the genetic diversity and relationship of Hibiscus syriacus germplsm resources,41 germplsm resources were analyzed by AFLP technique.The results showed that 733 bands were detected with 699 polymorphic bands and the polymorphic locus was up to 95%.Nei index was 1.1801-1.2515 with average of 1.2076;Shannon index was 0.1863-0.2445 with average of 0.2035.The results of UPGMA cluster analysis indicated that Dice index was 0.702-0.932.All the specimens were classified into 5 groups at the similarity coeffcient of 0.87.The research suggested that there were bigger genetic dfferences,and abundant genetic diversities among Hibiscus syriacus germplsm resources.This study showed that there is no absolute correlation between genetic relationship and material source.
