罗茨水环真空泵组在双背压真空系统上的应用

摘要 分析某电厂660 MW湿冷机组常规抽真空系统存在的问题,根据双背压凝汽器抽真空系统的特点,提出了一种在现有系统基础上增设1套罗茨水环真空泵组改造方案,并对罗茨水环真空泵组抽真空系统的构成及运行控制策略进行阐述。工程实践证明,罗茨水环真空泵组可有效降低抽真空系统能耗,还能有效防止汽蚀现象,提高了抽真空系统的运行可靠性。 The problems existing in the conventional vacuum pumping system of wet cooling 660 MW units are analyzed.According to the characteristics of the vacuum pumping system of double back pressure condenser,a modification scheme of adding one set of Roots⁃water ring vacuum pump set on the basis of the existing system is proposed.The constitution and operation control strategy of the vacuum pumping system of Roots⁃water ring vacuum pump set are described.Engineering practice has proved that the Roots water ring vacuum pump set can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the vacuum system,and can effectively prevent the cavitation phenomenon,and improve the operation reliability of the vacuum system.
