摘要 中速磨在运行中,煤层厚度、煤粉细度无法在线测量,其运行状况直接影响整个机组的安全经济运行。以某1000 MW机组锅炉两台磨煤机为研究对象,加装了一套中速磨制粉状态监测与智能控制系统,通过实验得出相同给煤量下,随着加载力增大,煤粉细度变细、磨进出口差压减小、煤层厚度变小;相同给煤量下,加载力对磨煤机的单耗影响较小,给煤量对磨煤机的单耗影响较大,且随着给煤量的增加,磨煤机的单耗呈减小趋势;磨煤机分离器转速的增加,煤粉逐渐变细。该试验对通过安装制粉状态监测与智能控制系统提高磨煤机的运行性能具有重要意义。 During the operation of the medium⁃speed mill,the thickness of the coal seam and the fineness of the pulverized coal cannot be measured online,and its operating conditions directly affect the safe and economic operation of the entire unit.Taking two coal mills of a 1000 MW boiler as the research object,a set of medium speed pulverizing condition monitoring and intelligent control system is installed.The results show that the fineness of pulverized coal decreases,the differential pressure at the inlet and outlet of the pulverizer decreases,and the thickness of the coal seam decreases;under the same coal feeding amount,the loading force has less influence on the unit consumption of the pulverizer,and the coal feeding amount has greater influence on the unit consumption of the pulverizer,and with the increase of the coal feeding amount,the unit consumption of the pulverizer decreases;with the increase of the speed of the separator of the pulverizer,the pulverized coal gradually decreases.The test is of great significance to improve the operation performance of coal mill by installing pulverizing condition monitoring and intelligent control system.
