食品安全监管是国民健康的重要保障,快速检测技术操作简便、检测时间短、检测成本低,在现代食品安全监管中得到广泛应用,且成效显著。其中,试纸法在多种检测技术中占有重要地位,文章分析了试纸法在食品安全快速检测中的优势及存在的问题,并提出了相应建议,以期为后续学者的深入探讨提供理论依据。

Food safety supervision is an important guarantee for national health for food safety supervision.Rapid detection technology is easy to operate,short detection time,and low cost.It has been widely used in modern food safety supervision and has played a significant role.The advantages are the expanded scope of supervision,the improvement of supervision capacity and the improvement of supervision system.Among them,the dipstick method undoubtedly plays an important role in a variety of detection technologies.This paper analyzes the relevant advantages and existing problems of the dipstick method in the rapid detection of food safety,and puts forward corresponding suggestions,in order to provide theoretical basis for subsequent in-depth discussion by scholars.
