摘要 随着社会进步及人们生活水平的不断提升,食品健康理念深入人心,食品安全检测引发了人们的广泛关注。液相色谱技术在食品安全检测中优势突出,合理运用液相色谱法进行成分分析,可显著提高食品成分检测工作效率。基于此,本文详细分析了液相色谱在食品营养成分、添加剂、污染物检测中的应用,深入研究了基于液相色谱的食品检测工作,希望能为食品安全领域的建设和发展提供助力。 With the social progress and the continuous improvement of living standards,the concept of food health has taken root in the hearts of the people,and the detection of food safety has attracted wide attention.Liquid chromatography technology has outstanding advantages in food safety detection.Reasonable use of liquid chromatography can improve the efficiency and effect of food composition detection.Based on this,this paper analyzes the application of liquid chromatography in food nutrition,additives and pollutants,and studies the food detection based on liquid chromatography,hoping to help the construction and development in the field of food safety.
